Mint & Needle Supports Domestic Violence Survivors in Delaware

In honor of International Women’s Day, Middletown’s Brandi Gregge, owner of Mint & Needle, will donate 10% of profits to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
March 8 is International Women’s Day, and one Delaware business owner is taking advantage of the opportunity to do her part. Brandi Gregge, owner of Mint & Needle in Middletown, is a consistent supporter of women who have survived domestic violence situations. As a survivor and someone who has witnessed domestic abuse, Gregge pours her passion for helping those struggling into all aspects of her business.
Gregge makes a point to support numerous nonprofits as the founder of Mint & Needle, and many of them are connected to women’s causes. This year, she chose the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) as one of the organizations to dedicate her charitable efforts.
With several initiatives planned to aid survivors of domestic violence, Mint & Needle is a great local business to shop at on International Women’s Day. Beyond supporting a woman-owned business, 10% of the money you spend on skincare products and services will go to the NCADV.

“As someone who has witnessed domestic abuse and endured it first-hand, I know the internal trauma it leaves behind. The idea that I could help alleviate a woman’s physical trauma means the world to me,” she says.
Along with the donations to the NCADV, Gregge also regularly offers her medical aesthetic services bro-bono to survivors of domestic violence. Physical reminders of the assault can make it much more difficult to heal mentally and emotionally for years or even a lifetime. By removing that physical reminder, Gregge hopes to help women heal from the inside out.
One of her goals for Mint & Needle in 2023 is to crate a formal pro-bono sector of the business at both a local and national level. Gregge hopes to create a system wherein people can apply or nominate their loved ones for free aesthetic services to remove the physical reminders of past domestic violence.
To support Gregge in this effort, Delawareans can purchase skincare from Mint & Needle on March 8. Ten percent of all sales will go directly to the NCADV, supporting women who have experience domestic violence.
