Robert F. Martinelli

Chief Executive Officer and President, Today Media Publisher, Delaware Today, Main Line Today and Delaware Business Times

Robert F. Martinelli is chief executive officer and president of Today Media, and publisher of Delaware Today Magazine, Main Line Today and the Delaware Business Times. He is a member of the Past Presidents Council of the City and Regional Magazine Association (CRMA), the largest trade organization for city and regional publishing, for which he served as president in 2003. During his 29-year tenure at Today Media, Delaware Today has won three General Excellence awards in the annual CRMA competition. Martinelli sits on the board of directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware and is a past president. In 2000, he was honored with the Jane Maroney Advocacy Award in recognition of his efforts to improve the lives of Delaware mothers and children in need of assistance. That same year, he received the Medal of Honor from the Delaware chapter of the March of Dimes. Martinelli holds a law degree from Pace University School of Law in New York, and is also a graduate of Holy Cross College in Massachusetts.

Ashley Breeding

Executive Editor

Ashley has more than a decade of experience as an editor and writer for newspapers, magazines, and custom books and publications. She began her journalism career as a city newspaper reporter for the Los Angeles Times, and has considerable experience in the magazine world through her work as editor in chief of Gannett’s monthly Desert magazine covering the Southwest; Senior Editor at Desert Publications Inc., publisher of Palm Springs Life magazine; Senior Editor at Firebrand Media, where she managed multiple city and custom magazines; and as a freelance contributor to international, national and regional magazines, including Delaware Today. Upon returning to her home state, she worked as a copy editor and proofreader for Aloysius, Butler & Clark, a mid-Atlantic advertising agency.

Sydney Livingston

Digital Editor

Sydney was born and raised in a small town in Indiana. She moved to Indianapolis in 2016 to pursue a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with minors in public relations and political science at IUPUI. While attending college, she worked as a bartender and interned under a press secretary for the Indiana State House of Representatives where she wrote press materials and maintained relationships with local news outlets. After graduating college in 2020, she moved back to her hometown where she was the director of marketing, social media manager & front-of-house manager for her family’s farm-to-table restaurant and catering business, Roots by Tree Hill Farms.

She later relocated to Delaware and joined the Delaware Today team in March of 2022. She writes and edits web content for both Delaware Today and Weddings Today and uses her digital skills to maintain the website, social media accounts and email newsletters.

Diana C. Ramírez

Art Director

Born in Queens, N.Y., and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Diana studied graphic design and multimedia for four years at the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá. After working as a graphic designer for a web agency and taking on various freelance jobs in editorial, branding and illustration roles, she moved back to the United States in 2006. Diana has been working in the publishing industry for more than 10 years, and has moved up from her early days as a creative director assistant to an art director who designs several publications. She worked for Palm Beach Media Group for nine years, then joined the Delaware Today team in 2015.
